should consider prosecuting Andrew Tate under 18 USC 2423 - Engaging in Illicit Sexual Conduct in Foreign Places.
There is evidence that Tate had sex with a fifteen year old girl while in Romania.
As Tate is a US citizen, 18 USC 2423 would make this a criminal offence. If convicted Tate would face up to thirty years imprisonment.
