Mihail Pojarsky/Cargo-liberalism and cargo-conservatism

From Liberpedia

I thought about why the Russian Internet is so seething about the events in Minnesota. No, in general, discussing events in the United States is normal. Still, America largely sets the world agenda. However, the heat of passion is such that Floyd was killed on a nearby street. Residents of distant "Nigeria in the snow" are fighting someone else's war, divided into "liberals" and "conservatives". But it would be better to say "cargo-liberals" and "cargo-conservatives".

Let's take cargo liberals first. These are all those who are now shedding tears on twitter for the oppressed African Americans. Undoubtedly, Russian-speaking Twitter accounts with the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter are exactly the kind of support that blacks on the other side of the Atlantic need. But let's remember for a second that we live in a slightly different place - the ancestors of the Russian-speaking snowflakes did not own black slaves, they were most likely flogged at the stable. But this, however, does not mean that the fashionable "post-colonial" Mudyanka cannot be projected onto native land - there are a lot of candidates for oppressed groups. For example, the colonized North Caucasus. But even better - Central Asia. Unlike Caucasians, Tajiks and Uzbeks do not receive subsidies from the Russian budget, they work hard, face arbitrariness, do not have a political voice - a subaltern of subalterns. But for some reason, domestic snowflakes are not visible kneeling in front of guest workers, there are no attempts to shrug off their privileges in relation to workers in catering and yards. Homegrown oppression fighters will probably not be thrilled by the Tajik riot in the center of Moscow, in the process of which they will burn down their favorite hipster coffee shop. Such a discourse is not popular here (represented, it seems, only by the film "Ayka") - it is much more convenient to repent on Twitter in front of American blacks, because such repentance does not cost anything. Absolutely free virtue signaling, which allows you to show everyone what a cute, progressive and tolerant cat you are.

Now cargo conservatives are those who we have for "law and order", "Floyd did not die of suffocation" and "it is high time to recognize the leftists as terrorists." For example, yesterday in Yekaterinburg, the National Guard shot a guy who allegedly stole wallpaper from a store, and then resisted with a gas canister. I have not yet heard voices in support of the National Guard. But something tells me that if we changed the scene here from Eburg to Minnesota, there would be a lot of speculation that the deceased was a criminal, a danger and received a well-deserved bullet. And when Floyd, who is suspected of counterfeiting 20 bucks, has his neck stuck for 10 minutes, and then they say that he died of "coronary insufficiency" - this is from the same series. In Russia, protesters are packed into paddy wagons. In the United States, protesters are now being flooded with tear gas, or even simply shot in the face [1] (no, not robbers, but protesters). What makes people who don't approve of this at home approve of it overseas? It's just that a Russian cargo-conservative is a person who sincerely loves power and submission. However, it’s somehow completely embarrassing to fit in with Russian cops, so you have to be American, trying not to notice that all Trump’s proposals have long been implemented in Russia: here you will be killed during detention, citing “coronary insufficiency”, and the damned leftists are being pressed all over country with "terrorist" articles. Domestic cargo conservatives are people with the morality "it's good when blacks are beaten, it's bad when you yourself are a black."

A plague on both your houses.
